Motivasi dan Upaya Peningkatan Perekonomian melalui Wirausaha

This study aims to provide an overview of the entrepreneurial motivations that encourage married women become entrepreneurs and explore efforts in entrepreneurship improving their family economy. Entrepreneurship is a way can help economy self-actualization tool for women. research was conducted with qualitative approach. The sample this selected by random sampling technique. data were collected using interviews, questionnaires observation. results revealed motivation entrepreneurship, among others, because desire be economically independent, fulfilling family's daily needs, spending spare time, utilizing existing places business, hobbies, being motivated other people, having certain skills. Efforts improve have positive impact on economic condition. With good financial management, condition will improve. Entrepreneurial share income several including needs business continuity, investing.
